Add customer
Most shop owners close late and tired. Ten minutes of the right checks make the next morning easier.
Count the drawer
Count notes by value, add UPI and card, and compare with today's sales. A small gap is normal; a big one tells you to look at the day's bills.
Check who owes you
Open the khata and sort by the largest balance. Send two or three reminders while the day is fresh.
In the app, "Remind all" on a customer group sends one message per customer, with a UPI link for the exact amount.
Plan tomorrow's order
Look at the low-stock list and make tomorrow's purchase order. You will not run out of salt on Sunday.
