Send a payment reminder
Remind a customer about their balance on WhatsApp, with a link to pay by UPI. WhatsApp reminders come with Business Pro.
On the phone
- Open Khata and tap the customer.
- Tap Remind. WhatsApp opens with the message ready.
- Check the text and press send.
The message is written in the customer's language. Change it on the customer's page under Language.
On the web
Go to Khata, open the customer and press Remind. Press Ctrl K to find any customer fast.
Remind a group
On the Khata tab, pick a group and tap Remind all. One message per customer, each with their own amount.
